We purchased this more rugged stroller for 100 lb Jo. We received the unit and a rear zipper did not work, no big deal and the front wheel did not work properly. I emailed Soljer and they responded within an hour. They tried to trouble shoot the issues to no avail. After confirming the bum wheel and bad zipper I received a new wheel and new cabin with in a few days! I cannot Thank Soljer enough for having such amazing customer service and standing by their product. Not many companies would do what they did to make it right! I cannot say enough about the stroller and company!!!!Got this for our 80 pound doberman as she recovered from ACL surgery so she could still go on longer walks when walking was supposed to be limited for her. She's tall and long but still fit pretty well.* The brakes aren't great, usually either too close to the tire when not engaged, or not effective enough when used.* The front wheel is a pain to take off, as one of the screws doesn't line up well and is very difficult to tighten or loosen.* We got a replacement front wheel because it was unbalanced and wobbled and made noise. (Company sent a replacement quickly)* When you collapse it down for storage or transport, the handlebars disconnect but then just flop around, connected by the brake cable. Would have been nice if there was a pocket or something to put the handlebar in so you could more easily load it in a car or store in garage without having to maneuver and hold onto the handlebar separately but still connected.* Would be nice if there were velcro fasteners for the rolled up netting that you see in the photos. We used zip ties to hold them up which is obviously inconvenient to put up or down.This review is about using it for 2 Dogs.Having said that, we bought this for our year old Basset Heeler.He’s long like a basset.His mind and feet say heeler.Any way , and our 13 yr old Boston Terrier. They weight 85-ish pounds together. We bought the Xtra large for up to 100 lbs. Thr only bummer was color. REALLY wanted a bright green/yellow. Wasn’t a deal breaker I got the blue…..I connect this to my Freesky Mountain E-bike.{bought here on Amazon as well see that review of your looking for an e-bike}Can’t even tell it is back there.I did have to connect his seat belt strap from the car because the hook inside isn’t long enough. Not a big deal.Murphy {BH} hangs his head out of the top for a while. Then will lay down and go right to sleep with Cricket the Boston. I bought a rechargeable fan to put in with them. Yes spoiled.Because of the size of the bolt on my bike we did have to drill it out a little and file it some. Not a deal breaker. Diesel prices are $6.00 and higher. So our e-bikes and this trailer have made a fun difference.The dogs love it. It’s big enough for the dogs listed above and their fan. ????Taking it camping this week will update maybe with short video.
