There were not a lot of low cost options for the 27.2 diameter seat tubes when I bought this. I like that it works perfectly on my mountain bike. I like that it is a complete kit. I like that the actuator takes up only about 10mm on the handle bar and is easy to use. I wish there were instructions included. I had installed a dropper post once before so that helped. Still it took a couple of times to get the cable cut the right length. I bought cheap cable cutters and they worked fine for this installation.It took some time to select the proper drop post for my Rockhopper but after studying and researching i was able to make the right selection. This unit fit and works as advertised.
