It is comfortable, cool, soft, breathable, moisturizing, shiny, elegant looking, and naturally hypoallergenic.My sleeping experience has improved significantly since I switched my pillowcases to 100% mulberry silk. The only downside I can think of is that it is a bit expensive. But it's super worth it and I can't go back to cotton or other types of fabric anymore. Mulberry Silk is the best when it comes to pillowcases.Note: Be careful when washing Mulberry Silk since you will lose its silkiness if done wrong. Only do hand wash and hang dry in shade (avoid direct sunlight and machine dry). They provided a detailed sheet of instructions and info about the silk. There was also a small square you could use to test the quality and washing process.I didn’t realize how careful you had to be when washing it. I put it through a delicate cycle and then hung it up instead of drying it. I folded it over a velvet hanger and when I went to put it on my pillow, it was really wrinkled. The wrinkles stayed while using the pillow. I’ll have to find a better way to dry it so it doesn’t wrinkle like that in the futureI don’t know if I’ll continue using it on a regular basis because of the different washing process but it’s still a nice pillowcase. The light gray is really pale but pretty.Real silk- so good for your skin and hair. Prevents tangles in my wavy hair. Zips so it doesn’t slide off. A must to protect your waves or curls and also great for your skin (prevents wrinkles)
